Most items have a 30-Day return policy and a 1-Year warranty. If that ever is not the case, we will always tell you on the item’s detail page.
We pride ourselves on easy returns. If the product is in resellable condition, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. What does it mean to be in resellable condition? The item has not been installed, modified and is complete. Once a return is started and approved, GrokAuto will issue a shipping label for your return. When the item is received, we will credit your payment method minus any shipping costs.

You want your accessories and parts to match your personal style. If something doesn’t work or fit perfectly, we are happy to return it. However, due to the difficulty in being able to resell a custom product, a restocking fee of 15-30% usually will apply.
Whoops, we have all been there. If you want to cancel an order, call us immediately at (844) 280-4765 so we can try to stop the order from being processed and shipped.
If for some reason we can’t cancel and order—it may have already shipped, been processed as a custom order, etc.—we will help you process it as a return instead.
